Since its introduction in 2012 after merging with the already existing Formula 3 Euro Series, the FIA F3 European Championship has established itself as the top junior single seater championship in the world.

36 Drivers from 18 countries across the world, racing on some of Europe’s most prestigious, challenging and historic circuits, are competing for victory and recognition in what is regarded by many as the most essential stepping stone to Formula 1.

Team West Tec's FIA F3 squad debut was in 2014 as the new engine and car regulations made it a good opportunity to enter on a level playing field against the more experienced FIA teams and ended up finishing a very respectable 6th in the Teams championship.
