Fabrication and Engineering

West-Tec Fabrications has run alongside the racing team for 30 years capitalising on the teams experience and knowledge in engineering and fabrication. With a dedicated machine shop to build equipment and tools for the race team, West-Tec Fabrications also carry out general fabrication and welding for all sectors.

From bespoke designs and one offs to high quantity productions, we specialise in made to measure, accurate and precise fabrication and metal work. Through our work in the fast paced and dynamic world of motorsport, our engineers have gained great experience in problem solving and design solutions that enable us to complete projects in-house from design to final production and testing.

Our workshop and facilities allow us to fabricate any general items large or small in mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium.

Items we have made include, staircases, trolleys, gates and railings as well as structural steel work.

Professional welding services is also a core part of our fabrication operation. We employ a variety of welding techniques including Mig, Tig, Gas as well as plasma cutting.

With our devoted engineering and design team we also have knowledge in commissioning one off engineering projects from the drawing board to production to testing and to final installation.

With our knowledge and expertise covering almost every aspect of design, fabrication and welding we have the ability to take on all manner of productions.

Bespoke Projects

Over the years we have worked on a variety of bespoke fabrication projects from truck conversions to building and installing mezzanine floors, for a wide range of customers. Working with our customers we have been able to produce high quality “one of a kind” solutions.

Through our motorsport experience we have the ability to fabricate unique products that require a high level of design and accuracy ensuring that they perform to the highest standards.
